Included in the published rate is 5 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 5 guests).
Cancellations:
A deposit of at least the 1st nights accommodation is required to secure a booking. Final payment is due up to 2 months prior to accommodation date. If you have booked a home at a reduced rate, the full amount of the booking is due at the time of making the booking. 1. More than 21 days notice of cancellation is made – full refund is issued. 2. 7 – 21 days notice of cancellation is made – full refund returned unless the property is not rebooked. 3. Less than 7 days notice (inc. non arrival) – full payment of period booked is required. A booking fee of $50.00 is payable for any cancellation made. During peak times, and for general bookings of 4 days or more, a minimum 60 day notice of cancellation must be made to receive a refund; therefore, point number one does not apply to these bookings.
Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.

The beautiful Barwon River, piers, fishing and swimming are just 300 metres from your house. The main Barwon Heads shopping strip is also just one block away. Meg's on Margate is located in a quiet street but still close to all that the area has to offer.

We have provided directions from the West Gate Bridge in the CBD of Melbourne, however we can send you directions from your own personal departure point aswell. 1. Head northwest on West Gate Fwy 7.5 km 2. Continue on Princes Fwy 48.0 km 3. Continue on Princes Hwy 13.4 km 4. Turn left at Barwon Heads Rd 18.6 km 5. Continue on Geelong Rd 0.5 km 6. Turn right at Margate St Destination will be on the left 0.3 km 20 Margate St
