Situated within walking distance of the beach, shops and cafes. This fully self contained house has 2 TVs, Video, DVD Player, Spa, Dishwasher, Microwave, Heating, Air- Conditioning and Outside BBQ with table and chairs. A porta cot and high chair can be arranged on request for your stay. Pets are also welcome but would prefer outside. NOTE: You are requred to bring your own linen, towels and pillow slips. Doonas and blankets are supplied.

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur an administration charge of 15% of total tariff. Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit. For cancellations made 7 days or less of arrival a fee of $100% of the total accommodation cost will apply [ unless we are able to re book]. Any failure to arrive on the due date or cancelled days after arrival will be charged at 100% Travel insurance is strongly recommended in particular for both medical and cancellation coverage.

Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.
