Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur an administration charge of 15% of total tariff. Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit. Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned.
